What if I send more than my plan allows?
No worries, you can keep sending and we will charge the exceeding emails at the same CPM your plan has. You can anytime upgrade to a higher plan, is very easy!
How does the billing process work?
Your plan fees will be charged to your credit card monthly. If the payment fails by any reason, we will reach out to inform you and have it checked. Exceeding CPM, if any, will be charged on the invoice for next month.
How do I upgrade/downgrade my plan?
To upgrade/downgrade your plan, just go to your dashboard and click on Support. Or send us a message to contact@inboxroad.com. Please keep in mind this should be done within at least 3 days before your billing day.

Do you offer a free trial period?
For sure! Choose the Free plan and you can test and send 100 emails a month for free. For as long as you want!
Do you offer shared IPs?
Yes we do. Shared IPs are especially good when you send small volumes. So every Free account and some Basic accounts will be on share IPs
Can I get extra IPs?
Extra IPs are available for Premium accounts and above for an extra monthly fee on top of your plan. The number? As many as you need.

Extra domains are available for Basic accounts and above for an extra monthly fee on top of your plan. The number? As many as you need.
